6.Submission Process

Submit your manuscript via our online submission portal at https://cosmorsij.com/submit-paper.

You will receive a confirmation email upon successful submission.

7. Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to CRSI Journal undergo peer review before a publication decision is made. The process has the following stages:

  1. Initial editorial screening (1–2 working days). The Editor-in-Chief or a handling editor checks that the manuscript falls within the journal's aims and scope, follows the Author Guidelines and manuscript template, and passes plagiarism screening (similarity index not exceeding 20%, excluding references). Manuscripts that fail screening are returned to the author without review.
  2. Reviewer assignment. Manuscripts that pass screening are assigned to at least one reviewer with subject expertise, drawn from the journal's Editorial and Reviewer Board or from qualified external experts. Reviewers must have no conflict of interest with the authors and are not assigned to manuscripts from their own institution.
  3. Peer review (typically 3–6 working days). Reviewers assess the manuscript for originality and contribution to the field, soundness of methodology and analysis, clarity of presentation, adequacy of the literature review and referencing, and adherence to research ethics. Reviewers submit a written report with a recommendation.
  4. Editorial decision. Based on the reviewer report(s), the Editor-in-Chief makes one of the following decisions: Accept, Accept with minor revisions, Major revisions required, or Reject. The decision and the reviewer comments are sent to the corresponding author by email.
  5. Revision. Where revisions are requested, authors are expected to address every reviewer comment and return the revised manuscript together with a point-by-point response. Revised manuscripts are checked by the editor and, where necessary, returned to the original reviewer. Manuscripts that do not adequately address the reviewer comments may be rejected.
  6. Acceptance and publication. On final acceptance, the corresponding author completes the Copyright and Author Declaration Form and the article processing charge, after which the article is typeset and published online in the current issue.

Reviewer identities are kept confidential and reviewer reports are treated as confidential documents. The journal aims to complete the process from submission to first decision within two weeks; the actual time depends on reviewer availability and the extent of revisions required. The Editor-in-Chief's decision is final.

8. Final Notes

Accepted papers will be published online.

Authors retain copyright of their work. On acceptance, authors sign the Copyright and Author Declaration Form, granting Cosmo Research and Science International Journal a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to publish, distribute, archive and index the article.
